COVID-19 Limited Free Access Offer

The limited ALEKS COVID-19 free access offer is available to instructors teaching courses that meet all of the following conditions, and will only apply for the balance of the current school term:

• The Course is offered at a higher education institution in the United States only, and
• The Course start date was after 1/1/2020 and before 4/15/2020 with a Course end date no later than 6/22/2020, and
• The institution was required to move from in-person teaching to online-only delivery because of a COVID-19 related campus closure order and students had previously purchased course materials for such Course, and
• The instructor did not previously use ALEKS or other digital materials in that course.

Instructors teaching courses that they believe meet these conditions may participate by contacting their McGraw-Hill (MH) representative or requesting assistance via this link: http://bit.ly/alekssupport2020. An MH representative will confirm Course eligibility. This offer does not apply to Connect Math Hosted by ALEKS (CHBA).

Once their Course is determined to be eligible for the limited free offer:

• An MH Implementation Manager will schedule time with the instructor and guide them through course creation aligned to the instructor needs.
• The instructor will build a course, and the implementation manager will offer guidance or areas for refinement prior to deployment.
• MH will load a quantity of licenses equal to the confirmed student enrollment in the instructor’s ALEKS course
• MH will provide an opportunity for the instructor to attend training webinars for ALEKS in a group setting or one-on-one training, where necessary.

This Limited COVID-19-related Offer ("Offer") is subject to the following terms and conditions:

The Offer is available only to US higher education institutions that meet the criteria set out by MH for courses that satisfy MH’s eligibility requirements. ALEKS licenses distributed as part of the Offer are subject to U.S laws, void outside the US or where prohibited, not redeemable for cash, have no face value, and cannot be applied to existing orders or used in conjunction or combined with any other offer or promotional code. MH reserves the right, without notice, to cancel, suspend, extend or modify the Offer. If any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond MH’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this Offer, MH may discontinue or suspend it. MH reserves the right to the determine eligibility for the Offer and reserves the right to deactivate discount codes or disqualify any individual or institution from participation based upon management discretion.
