Quiet Quitting: The Second Wave of the Great Resignation

Is quiet quitting a new phenomenon? Or is it old wine in a new bottle? This session explores the meaning and causes of quiet quitting. Participants will leave the session with a better understanding of the following:

• How does an organization focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion impact quiet quitting?

• To what extent are employees’ needs a cause of quiet quitting?

• How might an organization’s vision and culture affect quiet quitting?

• What can leaders do to reduce quiet quitting?
