If you need to attach a Purchase Order or Quote, you can email order support. If you need to expedite an order or pay by credit card over the phone, you can call order support. To find products, check pricing, or place an order online, visit the website and use search.
For help with orders, invoices, or account questions, customers can submit a support request or call Customer Service. Higher Ed customers can submit a support ticket. PreK–12 customers can submit a support ticket. Customers can also call Customer Service at (800) 331-5094.
Signing in to your account is the fastest way to request a return and view your order history. Follow the step-by-step instructions in How to Request a Refund. If you can’t access your account or are returning certain digital products, you can submit a refund request using your web order number.
You can request a copy of your invoice by submitting a short form. Request an invoice copy using your invoice, order, or purchase order number.
