Through the initial knowledge check, ALEKS will figure out what you already know, and personalize your learning experience to take you on your path to success! It is important to complete the initial knowledge check without any outside resources, as this assessment will personalize your ALEKS learning path and show you what topics you are ready to learn. Once you begin working on your ready to learn topics, ALEKS will provide you with all the resources you need including learning and explanation pages for each topic directly within your learning path.” You can also share with your students the below “Welcome to ALEKS!” video that will help support your students as they begin their ALEKS journey!
