Tim Broxholm

Many learners' business education journey begins with an introduction to business course. Tim has had the pleasure of educating numerous unique students in this course. His innovative teaching methods, applications of learning science, and educational technology have taken this foundational course to the next level. He helps students develop the skills needed to perform like pros in the world of work, excel in future college courses, build wealth, and become savvy consumers.

Tim's experience and expertise span both education and industry. He currently leads the development, execution, and scaling of Talent Management programs at Microsoft. He is also a champion of AI integration within the human resources function and plays an integral role in several employee resource groups.

Prior to his return to the industry, Tim spent over 14 years teaching business courses at Green River College in Auburn, Washington. In addition to being an award-winning instructor, Tim transformed education in Washington state by developing and leading the country's first Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, followed by an Applied Management BAS program. These programs have been recognized by Affordable Schools.net as the #1 most affordable entrepreneurship program in the country and the #7 most affordable entrepreneurship program by UniversityHQ.

Tim's unique experience gives him the advantage of connecting today's higher education curriculum with the evolving demands of employers. Tim has many roles, but his most important is being a husband to his wife, Danielle, and a father to his sons, Raymond and Joey.
