Description

Join Sarah Topliff, Director of High School Partnerships, and Joshua Michael, Instructional Technology Specialist at Hawkeye Community College, as they share how they built a comprehensive training and support model for dual enrollment faculty.

They’ll walk through their holistic approach, including:

  • Credentialing processes
  • A shared responsibilities agreement that aligns college and dual enrollment instructors
  • Structured LMS training
  • The development of a faculty liaison role to support discipline-specific professional development and site visits

Finally, we’ll highlight how partnering with McGraw Hill’s Customer Success team can extend this work, ensuring course materials are correctly implemented; faculty are fully trained on digital platforms and resources; and district-wide master courses are set up to support consistency across sections, no matter where your dual enrollment students take the course.
