In this video, Simon Allen, CEO of McGraw Hill interviews Bob Feldman, Ph.D. and Senior Advisor to the Chancellor and Professor of Psychological and Brain Sciences, Univ. of Massachusetts Amherst. Simon and Bob discuss the challenges students face with access to course materials, WIFI and tools to be successful in their higher education goals. Ensuring students have access to materials is more important now than ever, and McGraw Hill has created the ReadAnywhere App to solve for having limited access to the internet, as the materials can be accessed online and offline, anytime, anywhere.

Dr. Robert Feldman is the Senior Advisor to the Chancellor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and serves as Senior Fellow in the Center for Student Success Research at the University. He is the author of several McGraw Hill titles including Understanding Psychology and Your Life with POWER Learning, Essentials of Understanding Psychology, Learning Science; Theory, Research, and Practice, Sociology and Your Life with POWER Learning, POWER: Strategies for Success in College and Life, as well as POWER: Fundamentals of Student Success.  
 
Dr. Feldman also was the founding director of Power-Up for College Success, a first-year experience course for students at UMass Amherst. Before joining the central administration, Feldman was Professor in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences. Serving as Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Department, he initiated the Research and Mentoring Program.  
 
Feldman received a BA with High Honors from Wesleyan University and an MS and PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Feldman is winner of the College Outstanding Teaching Award and recipient of a Fulbright Senior Research Scholar and Lecturer award.\

His research has been supported by grants from the National Institute of Mental Health and the National Institute on Disabilities and Rehabilitation Research.
