Careers and Basics of Early Childhood Education is designed to help improve the quality in early care and education programs by training the next generation of teachers. Adapted from our higher ed course Foundations of Early Childhood Education, this course is a great CTE program for students considering a career in education.

Careers and Basics of EarlyChildhood Education features skill buildingwith a solid theoretical base and provides students with an overview of earlychildhood programs using examples, anecdotes, and scenarios. Readers will comeaway with an understanding of what makes a quality program where children gainthe foundations they need for school success and beyond.
