Entrepreneurship author Chuck Bamford examines competitive analysis and how organizations can evaluate competitors’ strategies and effectively communicate those insights to their teams.
Understanding your “BUMP” competitors and how they succeed in the market is essential to evaluating and implementing an effective strategy. Bamford outlines practical processes and approaches for analyzing competitors, identifying strategic differences, and understanding competitive positioning.
The framework provides students with accessible tools they can apply when developing business proposals and evaluating real world competitive strategies.
