    Rich Turner

    Dr. Rich Turner currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Academic Operations at Florida State College at Jacksonville, where he oversees a number of key operational areas at the college including assessment and certification, faculty and adjunct faculty pay processing, collegewide scheduling, and real time enrollment reporting and analytics. Rich holds a Bachelor’ of Science in Business Administration from University of Maryland, a Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Brenau University, an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) from Liberty University and a Doctorate in educational leadership (Ed.D) from Liberty University. Prior to transitioning into higher education, Rich served in the United States Navy for over 25 years. He retired from the Navy in November 2008 as a Master Chief (E-9). His last tour was at SEAL Delivery Team One in Pearl Harbor, HI.
