Peter Harms

Peter D. Harms, the Frank Schultz Endowed Professor at the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business, specializes in leadership, personality, and psychological well-being. With over 150 publications and recognition from organizations like SIOP and the Academy of Management, his work has influenced academia, industry, and government agencies, including NASA and the U.S. Army. Harms also serves as editor for multiple journals and on the scientific advisory board of Hogan Assessment Systems. He is also the author of McGraw Hill's Leadership Fundamentals for the Modern Organization.
