AI is already in your classroom. The question is whether it's building skills or replacing them. Our “Ready for Tomorrow” three-part webinar series features leading voices at the forefront of AI in higher education as it pertains to learning science, curriculum design, and the industry as a whole. Each session will tackle a different piece of the same challenge many faculty are facing: how to harness AI in service of learning, not replace it.
Our presenters leading the conversation will share how they've redesigned their own courses with AI in mind, how they're shaping practice at their institutions, and preparing students for a workforce already transformed by these tools.
About this Session in the Series:
Every technical skill a student learns this year has a shelf life. It’s imperative for students to understand how professionals, after graduation, are using AI. As tools consistently change and develop, the real value is understanding the thinking underneath them.
This session examines what builds critical thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving skills, why those outlast whatever software a student learns in your course, and how to make that connection visible to students while they're still in it.
Dr. Elijah Clark, DBA is an Instructor of Marketing at TCU's Neeley School of Business, where he directs the Business Innovation Academy and serves as Assistant Director of Neeley AI Forward. He writes on AI for Forbes.
