    Lisa Nicks has been in the higher education division of McGraw Hill for over 30 years. In 2012, she moved into an accessibility role, working with our content production team. Since 2015, Lisa has been the primary point of contact at McGraw Hill for accessibility-related queries, collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers to ensure compliance with accessibility standards and enhance user experiences for individuals with disabilities.

    Lisa considers herself the “voice of the customer.” She advocates for accessibility enhancements, provides guidance, and supports the development of accessible materials and processes.

    Lisa is a Certified Accessibility Professional (CPACC) with the International Association of Accessibility Professionals and a member of the Accessibility Rubric program team for 1EdTech.
