Kinicki served as a professor at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, where he earned numerous teaching accolades. His research focuses on leadership, organizational culture, and employee engagement, with work published in top academic journals. Kinicki is also a consultant, helping organizations improve performance and foster effective leadership.

  • Chad Hartnell

    Chad Hartnell is a distinguished educator, researcher, and coauthor of Management: A Practical Introduction. He specializes in organizational behavior, leadership, and strategic management. As a professor at Georgia State University, Hartnell is recognized for his impactful teaching and dedication to student development.
