Why Attend
Fitness and wellness courses don't have to stop at the physical. This session shows how a concepts-based approach can equip students with self-management skills that support their mental health right alongside their physical health—skills they'll carry well beyond the course.

Session Description
Empower your students with the life skills needed to navigate academic pressure and personal challenges. This webinar explores how concepts-based fitness and wellness courses move beyond traditional exercise to help foster both physical and mental health. The webinar will specifically cover how self-management skills promote both fitness and mindfulness and how these skills help students actively manage stress, support positive mental health, and enhance overall wellness. Emphasis is placed on the implementation of training through an online, college-level fitness and wellness course.
