Description

Join Entrepreneurship author Chuck Bamford for a webinar focused on Competitive Analysis.

How do you evaluate your competitors’ strategies and effectively communicate what matters to your teams? It’s hard to evaluate—or implement—an organization’s strategy without a clear understanding of your competitors, how they succeed in the market, and where your organization stands.

Chuck explores practical approaches to competitive analysis that can help you better understand the competitive landscape and translate those insights into stronger business proposals. Discover strategies that have worked in practice and can be applied by students designing a business proposal.

Time will be reserved at the end for questions and discussion with participants.
