The Two-Year Bridge Symposium is a free, nationwide, one-day experience designed specifically for community college students interested in exploring accounting careers and their next steps in the profession. Students will have the opportunity to connect directly with accounting professionals, learn about career pathways, explore the transition to four-year institutions, and gain access to resources that can support their educational and professional journey.

Applications close October 15, 2026, but students are strongly encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Capacity is limited at each host office, and spots are filled on a rolling basis. Several locations are already experiencing strong demand.

The Symposium will take place on Friday, November 6, 2026, at participating offices of Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, Baker Tilly, BDO, Grant Thornton, RSM, and Plante Moran in selected cities nationwide.

For many students, this is a unique opportunity to step inside a major accounting firm, meet professionals working across the field, connect with other students, and begin seeing themselves in the accounting profession.

All meals, approved travel, and program expenses are fully covered for accepted students, helping remove financial barriers to participation.
