Since the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) legislation was signed on July 4th, our Spilker Tax and Jones Tax author teams have been working  on revising the 2025 Release content to incorporate the new tax laws that are retroactive to the 2025 tax year. Thanks to McGraw Hill’s Evergreen delivery model, we’re able to respond quickly by updating content across the eBook, Connect assignments, SmartBook, instructor supplements, and test bank without waiting for a new edition. The OBBBA updates have passed through production and are ready for the fall semester.
