Rent Monthly Support

For support regarding your Rent Monthly account, please review the following topics. If you do need to contact us about Rent Monthly, please state that you are inquiring about ‘Rent Monthly’ to expedite our assistance.

Cancelation
You can cancel your Rent Monthly access at any time, contact Customer Support by email at rentmonthly@mheducation.com or by phone toll free in the U.S. (800) 331-5094.

We will need to know the email address you use for Rent Monthly, and the author, title and edition of the ebook you want to cancel.

You can review the complete Monthly Rental Membership Agreement for further details regarding the payments, services, cancelations and other details.

Changing Payment Method
During the pilot, you will need to Cancel and re-enroll in Rent Monthly to change your Payment Method. See the section on Cancelation and the section on Enrolling for details on how to perform each of these steps.

Updating your Payment Method
You may need to update the details of your existing Payment Method in cases where something changes, like your expiration date.

Updating your current Payment Method during the pilot requires you to Cancel and re-enroll in Rent Monthly. See the section on Cancelation and the section on Enrolling for details on how to perform each of these steps.

Re-enrolling If you need to re-enroll in Rent Monthly for any reason, you need to return to the web page you originally used for enrolling, or you can contact Customer Support by email at rentmonthly@mheducation.com or by phone toll free in the U.S. (800) 331-5094.
