Learning Technology Representative
Lisa Rosenau
Lisa was born in Tampa Florida and grew up in Pinecrest. She is Happily married for 14 years with 3 amazing kids ages 20, 19, and 13. She likes to spend her free time on the Boat and Jet Skis with her family and friends, working or shopping. She is a Dare Devil at heart and loves anything that is considered daring or dangerous. Her favorite thing to do is any new and exciting outside adventure her husband can surprise her with.
Lisa has been with McGraw Hill for 4 years. She has an Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting and 3 years of experience working in the medical field. She is also a former Program Director of ten years and University Department Chair for Keiser University’s Medical Assisting and Medical Billing and Coding Programs. Lisa also has a bachelor’s degree in Health Science, a master’s degree in Post-Secondary Adult Education, and is currently working towards her Ph.D. in Higher Adult Learning Education.

Julie Aird
Julie Aird has been in sales at McGraw Hill for over 20 years. Julie is passionate about delivering exceptional service and developing and maintaining strong relationships with her customers. One of the things she loves most about her job is to help instructors and students get the outcomes they want from the products and services that McGraw Hill offers. She is honored to have the opportunity to meet and work with so many great people at Keiser University and to help them reach their educational goals. When Julie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She has a personal goal to visit all 50 states (48 and counting!). Tim Maloney
Tim has spent the last 12 years in higher education with a passion for enhancing student outcomes. All of those years have been spent in creating, developing, implementing and troubleshooting technology solutions in the classroom. Tim brings extensive experience in McGraw Hill’s learning platforms, as well as, integration solutions into Blackboard. Tim has worked for McGraw Hill for just under 2 years and has a vast knowledge of using technology in the classroom.

Michelle Martin
Michelle has been at McGraw Hill for a year and a half. Her experience is in higher education – both as a professor and working with publishers in specialist, instructional design, and training roles. Michelle was a professor at Valencia College and Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) and was an adjunct professor at Lane Community College. She currently teaches Education courses and is in the Instructional Design Program part-time at Seminole State College in addition to her full-time role at McGraw Hill. Michelle holds a doctorate in Instructional Technology and Distance Education, a Masters in Reading, and a B.S. in Elementary Education.
Michelle does personalized training for faculty in Connect and SIMnet. These can be one-on-one or small group sessions virtually, and face-to-face or virtual for large groups. She can assist you with getting your course ready for upcoming terms and help along the way during the term as you have questions or want additional resources. Michelle can also help with course rebuilds for new editions, ideas for course pacing, design, and student course engagement and retention ideas.

Katie Mahan
Katie has been part of the McGraw Hill family for 8 years. She has a background in education where she worked as a teacher before transitioning to publishing. Katie enjoys working with her team to provide institutions with educational resources to help students succeed. Katie resides in Cincinnati, OH with her husband and three children.

Scott Shafer
Scott has been in publishing for 27 years. He has been working with Career Education Colleges and Universities for the past 23 years. He loves seeing the difference these schools can make in the lives of their students. Scott lives in Columbus, OH with his wife and currently has two kids in college.
