Learning Technology Representative
Madison Montford
Madison Montford, Learning Technology Representative, has been in sales and marketing since she graduated from college. Madison joined the higher education industry in 2018, where she has developed a passion for education, especially seeing results through digital transformation. Madison partners with faculty to ensure they have the best in content and technology, knowledge of trends in the marketplace, and have their voices heard in the direction of new products. Madison has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Mississippi and currently resides just outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
Learning Specialist
Katrina Narwold
Katrina started her career as a kindergarten and second-grade teacher for Charleston County School District. Since that time she has been creating solutions for teachers and students in the Higher Education market. She has over 20 years in the education field with positions such as Elementary School Teacher, Adjunct Instructor, Executive Technology Consultant, and Digital Learning Specialist for Ed Tech Companies. She went to school at Clemson University and College of Charleston, and enjoys traveling, camping, anything outdoors, and time with her husband and children.
Implementation Consultant
Benita Ricketts
Benita Ricketts, Implementation Consultant, has been in publishing and education for all of her career. She started in educational publishing out of college and then transitioned to the classroom for several years. Benita returned to educational publishing at McGraw Hill as part of the Implementation Team in April 2020. Benita is passionate about education and enjoys working with professors to help empower educators to achieve optimal learning outcomes through personalized training with course setup, troubleshooting, LMS pairing, and anything else they may need assistance with. Benita is originally from upstate New York and currently resides with her family outside of Boston, Massachusetts.
