McGraw Hill Assessment and Gradebook Navigation for ConnectED Programs

Learn how to navigate assessments, including test lists, tools, and student submission views.

Certain ConnectED programs have access to their McGraw Hill Assess online assessment platform. This article provides information and links for those programs on how to use the McGraw Hill Assess platform for online assessments.

Note: In Wonders ©2020 and newer, the Assigned Assessments and Gradebook options have been removed from the Assessment & Data drop-down menu.

Access Assessments

For Wonders ©2017, 2020, & 2023, hover over Assessment & Data (A) and click Online Assessment Center (B) from the menu.

For Networks, click on Assess (C) from the navigation bar.

For other ConnectED programs, click on Menu (D) and then on Assessments (E).

To access assessments, custom questions and passages, and deleted custom assessments, click on the Assessments tab (F).

Teachers can access any custom-made assessments they've deleted from the Deleted Items tab. Learn more about this in the Delete a McGraw Hill Assessment article.

Assigned Assessments

1. Click on the Assigned Assessments tab to view assessments that have been assigned to students.
   
   
2. Click on an Assignment Name to view the assignment roster, status, and scores.
   
   
3. Click the Options button in the Actions column to edit the assignment, view scores, share the assignment with Google Classroom, or delete the assignment, as well as print the assessment and/or scoresheets.

Navigate the Gradebook

1. The Gradebook tab displays assigned assessments exclusively and will not reflect any other assignment types given to students.
   
   The Gradebook page lists each assigned assessment, rostered students, and their scores for each assessment.
   
   
2. Click on a Student name to navigate to the student's gradebook.
   
   
3. Click on an assessment name to navigate to the Assigned Assessments page for that assessment.
   
   
4. Click on the Class Scoresheet to manually score the assessment.
