This articles explains the different errors received when redeeming Master Codes for ConnectED.

When redeeming a Master Code to your teacher account, you want to keep in mind that you only need to enter ConnectED Master Codes. If you are unsure of what platform your program is located on, refer to the Identifying My Learning Environment article.

If you have entered a Master Code and you receive the error, "The Master Code you entered is not for connectED. Go to My.mheducation.com and create a class to redeem this product," this means you are trying to redeem an Open Learning program. For steps on creating an Open Learning class, refer to the Open Learning Platform - Class Management article.

If you have entered a Master Code and receive the error, "The master code you have entered has no more inventory remaining. Please contact your Master Code Holder," this means that there are no available licenses for the program you are trying to add to your account. You will need to reach out to your Organization Administrator to discuss the options of either removing it from a teacher who no longer needs access or purchasing additional licenses.

Another way to add a ConnectED program to your account is by redeeming it through the Library. To learn more about the ConnectED Library, refer to the ConnectED - Available Products Library article.
