The following steps are an alternative way to return the licenses for ConnectED programs. Another way to return the teacher and student licenses is by archiving all classes that use that program. For these steps, see the Archive or Unarchive Classes article.
1. On your My Programs page, click the Classroom Actions button.
2. Click Manage & Assign from the menu.
If you do not see this option, this is an Open Learning program.
If returning the Student Edition, you first need to remove all assigned students.
A. In the Take Back Content from Students section, checkmark all the students that are assigned to the content.
B. Click the Take Back Content button at the bottom right.
3. Click the Return Content link.
4. On the Confirm return of content pop-up, click the OK button.
