PLACE AN ORDER

**ATTENTION**
We will be upgrading our ordering systems to help service our customers more effectively. The upgrade is expected to start on April 8th and last ~6.5 days. Orders can still be placed during this period and will ship when the upgrade is complete. If you need to order products for your students during this time, we encourage you to do so before April 5th to prevent any delay in getting your students the learning materials they need.

In our effort to protect our customer's data, we will no longer take or store credit card data in any manner within our systems. As of April 30, 2016 we will not accept credit card payments via e-mail, fax or standard mail. Please note, when contacting via phone it is not secure to leave credit card information on voice mail. We take our customers' security seriously and believe that this approach is in the best interest to protect our customers and our company alike.


Customers can return digital, non-subscription products outside of the 10 day refund policy if one of the following criteria is met and documentation is provided:

  • The class was dropped.
  • The wrong product was ordered (and re-order of the correct product occurred).
  • There were technical difficulties preventing usage.
  • Product was purchased under the wrong email address (and re-order using correct e-mail occurred).
  • Duplicate order.
  • A physical access card purchased elsewhere.
  • The instructor decided to not use product
