Archiving classes helps instructors streamline their class display by moving older or inactive classes under the Archived heading in the CLASS tab. This feature ensures only relevant classes appear in the active list while maintaining access to archived classes when needed.
Note: Archiving a class in ALEKS will not remove the class from your teacher dashboard in the Open Learning Platform. To archive a class on your teacher dashboard, see this article for instructions.
Archiving Methods:
1. Archiving Through the Class Summary:
- Navigate to the Class Summary page.
- Select Edit under the Class Information and Content heading.
- By default, the archiving option is checked, meaning the class will automatically archive after the end date.
- To prevent automatic archiving, uncheck this option.
