This article addresses some common questions about redeeming the WonderWorks add-on that commonly accompanies Reading Wonders products.

Q: I redeemed the WonderWorks Standalone codes, but I am not seeing any content or digital resources in the course. What should I do?
A: If you only redeem the Shell, the titles will appear as in the screenshot below and your Wonders platform will not contain any content. You will need to redeem the Master Codes for both the Shell and the Add On for the Teacher and Student editions for each grade. In total, you will be redeeming 4 codes per grade. The Shell will be labeled “Reading Wonders WonderWorks Stand Alone” and the Add On will be labeled “Reading Wonders WonderWorks Add-On.”

Q: I redeemed the WonderWorks Stand-alone codes, but I don’t see any content in the lesson plans. What do I need to do?
A: If your lesson plan looks like the image below, then you are likely missing the Add On codes.

Q: My WonderWorks course is just a list of resources. I don’t have access to a lesson planner, online assessment center, or any of the other features of the Wonders platform. Why did this happen?
A: If the titles on your ConnectED Programs page are labeled “Grade X WonderWorks Resources” (as shown in the image below), then you have an out of date version of the program. You'll want to remove this content from your library and redeem the Master Codes for both the Shell and the Add On for the Teacher and Student editions for each grade. If you need assistance locating the correct codes in your content library, please contact Digital Technical Support.

Q: I redeemed the WonderWorks Shell and Add On, but I am still getting an error message.
A: This is likely because you redeemed the 6-year Add On with the 1-year Shell. If that happens, you will see the message shown in the image below. To remedy this error, return the 6-year add on code and redeem the 1-year version of this subscription.

Q: What should I see if I have redeemed everything successfully?
A: The title should say “WonderWorks Stand-Alone Grade X” and the message “Additional Content Active” should be displayed underneath it, as shown in the image below.
