Share a class in the Open Learning Platform to collaborate with other teachers or staff.

Share a Class
1. SSO or sign in at my.mheducation.com.
If you're assigned to multiple schools, you will want to toggle to the school the class should be associated with.
2. Create a class.
3. Click on Classroom Actions.
4. Click on Manage Class Roster from the menu.

You can also click on the class and then click on Roster from the navigation menu.

5. Click on the Teachers button.
6. Click the Edit Teacher Roster button.

7. In the School Teacher Roster box, select the teacher(s) you want to share the class with.
Note: You will only see teachers that are assigned to the same school as your account.
A. Use the search field to locate a specific teacher.
8. Click the Add Teacher button.
9. Click the Save button.

Stop Sharing a Class
1. SSO or sign in at my.mheducation.com.
2. Click on Classroom Actions.
3. Click on Manage Class Roster from the menu.

You can also click on the class and then click on Roster from the navigation menu.

4. Click on the Teachers button.
5. Click the Edit Teacher Roster button.
6. In the Class Teacher Roster box, select the teacher(s) you want to remove sharing from.
7. Click the Remove Teacher button.

8. Click the Save button.
