K-12 Connect - Student Performance Report

The Student Performance report helps teachers focus on a student’s progress across their assignments. Teachers can view assignments that have been submitted and any assignments the student currently has in progress to be able to provide guidance or feedback during or after an assignment.

Access the Student Performance Report

1. Click on the Performance menu.

2. Click on Student performance from the menu.

3. On the Student performance page, enter the students name.

Check mark the box next to Look in all sections of this course to search for the student assignments in all assigned sections they are in.

4. Click on the student's name from the drop-down.

View Report

A. Displayed assignments can be filtered by assignment type using the Show drop-down menu.

B. If multiple attempts are allowed for an assignment, each attempt is listed with the assignment heading row and includes the score, start date, submission date, and the date the assignment was scored.

A red asterisk (*) next to a score indicates if a student submitted the assignment past the due date.

C. Click the assignment name to preview it, along with the assignment policies and other base information.

D. Click the Assignments in progress tab to view any assignments the student has yet to complete/submit.

E. Click the Export to Excel link to download/save the report details.

F. Click the Print icon to print/save the report details.

G. Click the score to view student performance for the assignment.

The student performance page shows the Assignment, number of Attempts, Time Spent, Score, Points percentage, and the question and answer.

H. To adjust the points the student received for a question, enter the preferred score in the points field and click the Adjust points button.

I. To change the points for the question for all students assigned to the assignment, click the Adjust credit link and select the preferred scoring options from the drop-downs on the Adjust credit pop-up.

Click the Adjust button to confirm any changes made.

The Info tab shows the assignment type, due date, and when the assignment was submitted.

The Performance tab provides a performance chart based on different question categories.

This scrollable frame contains a Performance Summary graph at the top, followed by question and answer details.
