Question Answer
How do I manage a product which has a core product and an add-on product, such as Reading Wonders + WonderWorks or Glencoe Math + ALEKS?

Each student in this class will need two separate lines on the import file.

One line should provide the Master Code for the core product, and the other line should provide the Master Code of the add-on product.

Can I do an import for multiple schools at once? No. A separate import is required for each school in the district.
I have one class that uses multiple McGraw Hill core products.  How do I set up the import for this type of class?  See How to Assign Multiple Core Products to a Class
When I export my existing students, I see duplicate accounts and students who no longer attend my school.  How can I clean up these accounts?

Contact your school or district Organization Administrator. Administrators can contact our K-12 Technical Support team for assistance with removing specific student accounts.

I see an error message on the Error File and I do not understand how to resolve it.  How do I get some help?

Our K-12 Technical Support team can help resolve errors with your upload.

I don't have access to an 'official' Student ID which has been assigned by my organization.  Should I make something up?

No - the Student ID is important as it prevents duplication and allows students to continue working in the same accounts year-over-year.

If you don't have access to these IDs, you may want to check with an administrator who has access to the unique student and class IDs that have been assigned by your organization prior to completing the import.

How do I assign products, like Redbird and ALEKS, which have multiple resource ID options?

Include the product Master Code in the Master Code field with a colon and then the resource code.

For example:  MasterCode:resourcecode

Your district or school Organization Administrator can view the resource IDs from the Manage Products page in their Admin Tools.

In order to first choose the Redbird or ALEKS resource ID or specific subject, you can manually create the class and use Import Students/Rosters to roster students to the class using the existing Class GUID.

How do I add multiple teachers to one class or replace a teacher in an existing class?

Co-teachers should be manually added to classes on the Open Learning platform. Learn more: Open Learning Platform: Share Classes.

Products on the ConnectED platform do not support co-teaching, but some products give teachers the ability to share a class. Learn more: ConnectED: Share Classes.
