If a teacher receives a message that says "Additional Account Setup Required. Please contact your school or district administrator to complete account setup.," this means that they do not have the proper role associated with their account. An Organization Administrator can follow the steps on the Manage Roles for an Existing User article to add the appropriate role and resolve this error.
If the message, "Additional Setup Required. It looks like your organization setup is not complete.," you will need to contact our PreK-12 Digital Technical Support team to have the account updated.
