Direct Login and Manual Rostering
Single Sign-On (SSO) and Manual Rostering
This article applies to Manual Rostering districts. Manual Rostering means that teachers manually redeem program content and roster their own classes.
SSO applies to districts that use an SSO portal, district website, or Learning Management System (LMS) to access McGraw Hill digital programs, and Direct Login means that teachers, students, and administrators log in at my.mheducation.com.
Not sure which Access Service your district uses? Click here to learn more about the four Access Services that we support.
For a full page view of the demo, click here.
For a Spanish version of the demo, click here.
For steps on how to return content as a teacher, refer to the How to Return Teacher and Student Editions article.
To return a ConnectED Student Edition as an administrator, students first have to be removed from the student material on the teacher's account. Administrators do not currently have the ability to remove students from the Student Edition.
For Open Learning programs, teachers can continue accessing their class data from their Archived tab.
For ConnectED programs, if a Teacher Edition was removed with the class still associated, if they redeem the content again the class will still be available.
1. SSO or log into your Administrator account at my.mheducation.com.
If you have dual roles as a Teacher and an Administrator, refer to the How to Access Roles, Organizations, and Profile Settings article for steps on toggling to your Administrator role.
2. Click on Manage Products from the navigation menu.

3. If assigned to multiple purchasing accounts, select the correct account from the Organization and Purchasing Account drop-downs.

4. Click the Manage link to the right of the content.
5. For Teacher Editions, click on the Teacher List tab.

For ConnectED Student Editions, click the Redemption Codes tab.

6. Click the trash can icon to remove the content from the teacher's account.
7. On the Confirm Selection pop-up, click the Confirm button.
