LTI Advantage - Error Code LR109

Issue:
User launches McGraw Hill platform or an assignment and encounters an error with code LR109.

The role in your LMS course does not match the role associated with your McGraw Hill account. For example, you are enrolled in your LMS course as an Student but your McGraw Hill account is for an Instructor. Please contact support.

Resolution:
This error indicates that there is a role mismatch between your LMS course and your McGraw Hill account. Please check your school profile to see if the email matches the email of the McGraw Hill account you would like to use. If it does, the account that is currently paired has a role that does not match the role your school is sending us.
