LTI Advantage - Error Code LR19
Understand and resolve LTI Advantage error code LR19 caused by incorrect LMS configuration.
Issue:
User launches a McGraw Hill platform or an assignment and encounters an error with code LR19.
This is usually associated with a new McGraw Hill LTIA installation in the LMS and indicates an incorrect configuration. Please contact your LMS administrator.
Resolution:
This error indicates that the the “login initiation URI” is not configured correctly in the LMS. For example, in Canvas the problem is in the set up for the developer key for the McGraw Hill integration. This problem can resolved only by an LMS administrator.
This problem might also surface if you are launching an assignment using a mobile device. Please try using a laptop or desktop device to see if the same problem persists.
