Mass Media Law21st Edition
Mass Media Law examines the First Amendment freedoms of the press, speech, and assembly, which are extremely relevant in an era of “fake news” and open hostility by some politicians toward the fourth estate. Students get a timely and detailed look at how media law works through up-to-date court rulings, statutes, case studies, and pertinent examples.
