Tracey Tiska

Tracey's Biography

Tracey Tiska joined McGraw Hill in 2013 and was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in June 2025. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources globally, developing and delivering HR strategies in support of McGraw Hill’s business transformation and growth goals.

Tracey most recently served as SVP, Business Segment HR, leading a team of HR business partners who serve as strategic advisors to McGraw Hill’s business segments.

Formerly a partner at global law firm Hogan Lovells, Tracey began her career with McGraw Hill in the legal department as Associate General Counsel focusing on employment law and litigation. She then assumed the Business HR Lead role for McGraw Hill’s International group in 2018 while continuing her legal responsibilities, and added Global Professional group HR support to her team in 2022 before fully transitioning to become a member of the HR leadership team in 2023.

Tracey received her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and her JD from Emory University School of Law. She lives in New York City.
