Add ports 443 (SSL) and 80 (HTTP) to your firewall or proxy. If you need to filter by hostname, whitelist *.aleks.com and mheducation.com (for videos). If you are not able to use wildcards, then white-list the following URLs:

Filtering by specific IP address is not possible as the IP address of those services (including ALEKS) change on a regular basis based on traffic pattern.
