I forgot my ALEKS Login Name and/or Password. How do I retrieve it?

1. Click this link: Forgot your login info? 
2. Input your ALEKS Login Name or the email address linked to your ALEKS account and then select Submit. Login information and password reset instructions will be sent to the email address provided. The email will contain your ALEKS login name(s) and a link to reset the password for each ALEKS account you have. 
Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive.  If it does not arrive within that timeframe please check your spam or junk folder.
3. Click the link in the email.
4. Input the password you wish to use.  The password must be 8-14 characters, include no spaces, and include at least one number and at least one letter.
5. Select Save New Password.

Important Note: If your ALEKS account is paired through a single sign-on (SSO) with your school's Learning Management System (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas), you will need to log in through your school portal or the specific login page provided by your institution instead of aleks.com. For example, if your school uses Canvas, you must access ALEKS by logging into Canvas through your school’s portal first. Password resets for SSO-linked accounts must be handled through your school’s portal or IT department.
