Enabling 3rd party cookies
Enable third-party cookies required for ALEKS features to function correctly.

When 3rd party cookies are blocked, some ALEKS functionalities may be inhibited. To prevent these issues, follow the below instructions for enabling 3rd party cookies on Safari or Chrome.
Safari (desktop)
For Mac users, we recommend using Firefox or Chrome instead for a better experience.
Chrome
Safari (desktop)
- Access the Safari menu
- Select Preferences, and then Privacy
- Uncheck the box next to Prevent cross-site tracking and close out the window.
- In Settings go to Safari
- Under the Privacy and Security section turn off Prevent cross-site tracking

Chrome
- Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar in the top right corner, and then select Settings.
- In the Privacy and Security section, select Cookies and other site data
- Make sure Allow all cookies is selected (or block third-party cookies in incognito, if incognito is not being used for ALEKS)
