Open Learning - Print or Reset Student Simplified Logins

Print or reset simplified logins for students using the Open Learning Platform.

Print Class Simplified Logins

1. On your My Programs page, launch your class. Click Roster from the Navigation menu.

For ALEKS, Redbird, Achieve, Actively Learn, and StudySync, you will need to click the Classroom Actions menu and select Manage Class Roster from the menu.

3. Click the Students button.

4. Click the Reset and Print Student Passwords key icon.

This will open a printable/saveable document that contains a password card for each student rostered in the class. The card will contain the Login URL, Class Icon, the student's name, and the student's Secret Code that they will enter as their password.

Print Individual Student Login

1. On your My Programs page, launch your class. Click Roster from the Navigation menu.

For ALEKS, Redbird, Achieve, Actively Learn, and StudySync, you will need to click the Classroom Actions menu and select Manage Class Roster from the menu.

2. Select the Students button.

3. Click on the Options icon to the right of the student in the roster to open the Action menu.

4. Select Print Password from the menu.

This will open a printable/savable document that contains a password card for each student rostered in the class. The card will contain the Login URL, Class Icon, the student's name, and the student's Secret Code that they will enter as their password.

Reset Student Simplified Login Password

1. On your My Programs page, launch your class. Click Roster from the Navigation menu.

For ALEKS, Redbird, Achieve, Actively Learn, and StudySync, you will need to click the Classroom Actions menu and select Manage Class Roster from the menu.

2. Select the Students tab.

3. Click on the Options icon to the right of the student in the roster to open the Action menu.

4. Select Reset Password from the menu.

6. On the Reset Password pop-up, click the Confirm button.
