MH Assess - Print Assessments

Overview of how teachers print MH Assess assessments for offline use, including selecting print options & downloading assessment PDFs

From Assessments Page

1. Launch your course.

2. Click on Assessments from the navigation menu.

For certain programs, you will need to click on Assess, Assessment, or Online Assessment Center.

3. Click on the test bank Title from the list provided.

You can also use the Search By Title field to locate a specific assessment.

In addition to the Search By Title field within a test bank, you can select Filters to locate a specific type of assessment.

4. Click the Options menu icon in the Actions column and click on Print from the menu.

5. On the Print Assessment pop-up, select the preferred printing options.

6. Click the Generate PDF button to print/save the assessment.

7. Click the Downloads button.

8. Click the Download button in the Actions column to save the file to your device.

From Assignments Page (Open Learning Courses Only)

1. Launch your course.

2. Click on Assignments from the navigation menu.

3. Click on the Options menu in the Actions column and click on Print Assessment.

4. On the Print Assessment pop-up, select the preferred printing options.

5. Click the Generate PDF button to print/save the assessment.

6. Click the Downloads button.

7. Click the Download button in the Actions column to save the file(s) to your device.

From Assigned Assessments (ConnectED Courses Only)

1. Launch your course.

2. You will need to click on Assess, Assessment, or Online Assessment Center depending on the program being used.

3. Click on Assigned Assessments.

4. Click the Options button in the Actions column and click on Print Assessment from the menu.

5. On the Print Assessment pop-up, select the preferred printing options.

6. Click the Generate PDF button to print/save the assessment.

7. Click the Downloads button.

8. Click the Download button in the Actions column to save the file(s) to your device.
