This information is a workaround to prevent students (and parents) from accessing the online assessments or lessons before they are due to be taken.

Option 1: Group Option

The teachers can go into the planner in their Teacher's Edition and move the day forward to the next day. The teacher will then want to move the day back to the originally scheduled day before class begins the next morning.

*The easiest way to move the day forward would be to make the day the lesson is scheduled into a No Instruction day and then remove the No Instruction day the next morning before class.

For steps on how to move lessons in the planner, read the article:  Everyday Math 4 - Moving Lessons in the Planner.

Option 2: Individual Option

If the teachers are wanting to remove only one student from access, they may want to consider removing the student from their roster within Class Management. The next day the teacher will then want to add the student back to the class.

*The student will not lose any data or completed work when this is done.

For steps on how to add and/or remove a student from the class, read the article:  Everyday Math 4 - Add or Remove Students.
