ConnectED - Change Redemption Code End Date

Change the end date for a redemption code in ConnectED to control when students can access content.

This article explains how to update a Redemption Code's end date. The Redemption Code end date is the last day your students will have access to the student edition before the content is removed from their account.

1. Log in to your teacher account at my.mheducation.com.

2. Locate the student edition that needs its end date modified.

3. Select Manage Content.



4. Select the calendar icon next to Current End Date and use the calendar widget to select a new end date.



5. You'll see a message stating that the end date has been successfully updated. Click OK.



If you are unable to extend the date by following the steps above, you will need to remove the Student Edition from your account and redeem the new Master Code that the district has purchased. You will want to contact your Organization Admin to obtain the new code. If you are unsure of who your Organization Admin is for your district, please reach out to the K-12 Technical Support team.
