Cannot Sign In to the McGraw Hill Mobile Apps

In the event that you are unable to sign in using the McGraw Hill K-12 Portal app or the ReadAnywhere app, ensure all of the following items have been checked:
- Update the application and your device to the most recent versions.
- Verify that you are able to sign into https://my.mheducation.com via the browser on a different device.
- Open the browser on the user's mobile device and ensure that you are able to successfully access the Internet. Internet connectivity is required for a user to authenticate their ConnectED/Open Learning session. Note that once you have signed into the app, you will not be required to sign in again for two weeks unless you have selected the Log Out option within the app.
- Check the date and time settings on your device and ensure that they are accurate.
