When you want to work together and have multiple people embed instruction into an assignment, that's when you'll co-author.
Note: The original creator of an assignment has the ability to remove invited co-authors. If invited co-authors want to edit their own copy, they can duplicate the assignment.

- Select the assignment you would like to Co-author from My Workspace and click on the Share icon.
If you are selecting an assignment from the catalog, make sure you click
Customize in the top-right corner after clicking on the text.
- Click on the Share icon and select Co-author.
- Search the names of colleagues you would like to Co-author with. Click Invite.
There will be a banner across the text tiles that are being co-authored.
