Creating Assignments
Activate
Add the learning objectives for the assignment in the directions to focus students reading.
Support
Insert a scaffolding note with an image or video that helps explain a complex idea.

Ask students to take two notes related to the learning objective. Encourage them to categorize their notes to drive metacognition.
