1. Select the school that matches your data file.

If you have multiple schools in your file, you should select the Multiple School option. You will then match them to the Achieve3000 Literacy schools in a subsequent step.

2. Click Attach File and select your CSV file obtained from the NWEA Portal.

3. Click Submit.

At this point, your file has been transferred to the Achieve3000 Literacy system. The system will comb through to determine the next steps that need to be taken.

If this is a multiple school upload, you'll need to do a school mapping process (step 4). If this is a single school upload, skip to step 5.

4. Map schools from NWEA to Achieve3000 Literacy schools.

5. Click Review for your upload in the Pending Uploads section.

6. Download and review the files for Match and Unmatched users. This will tell you which users we are able to process and which ones are not.

7. Once the results have been confirmed, click Process to continue or Reject to cancel the upload.

Once completed, the upload will move to the Processed Uploads section where you can click the Processed Successfully button to review the three different possible outcomes for the upload.

This will show:

  • The users that were unable to be matched.
  • The users that were matched and RIT data was uploaded.
  • The users were matched, but no RIT data was uploaded.
    • This can happen when either the RIT Goals provided are not part of the group of RIT Goals Achieve3000 utilizes, or if the RIT Goal data is inaccurate or invalid on the initial uploaded file(s).
