Import Collection
Access Custom Lesson Collections
1. Click to open the Side Menu, and select My Lessons from the menu.
2. Click on the Collections tab.
3. Click the Build Lesson Collection button to the right of the page.
Create Collection
1. Click the Create Collection button.
2. Under the Collection Details blade, enter a Collection Name.
3. Enter a brief Description for the collection.
4. From the drop-downs, select the grade level, product(s), and subject(s).
If you have more than one class for the same grade level, you can click the Show Classes button and select the classes you want the Collection associated with.
5. Under the Lesson Lists blade, click the Add Lessons button. Use the Filter options to search for lessons you want to add to the collection.
Click on the lesson you want to add, and drag it into the Lesson Lists section.
6. Under the Delivery Schedule blade, select a Collection Start Date and End Date by clicking on the calendar icon.
7. Enter how often you want to assign a new lesson in the week(s) field. Then, check the box next to the days you want those lessons assigned.
8. Enter how many days you want to have the lessons active/accessible.
9. If you do not want any lessons assigned on certain dates, click on the calendar icon to select the dates to exclude.
10. Click the Verify Schedule to see if any changes need to be made.
If you get a Scheduling error message, hover over the message to see what the scheduling issue is.
11. Click the Save and Assign button to save the new collection and assign the lessons to the students. Click the Save to Collections button to save the collection, but not assign the lessons to the students.
The customized lesson collection will become available on the Collections page under the Custom Collections section at the top. You will have the ability to Print, Edit, or Delete the collection.
Import Collection
1. Click the Import from Collection button.
2. From the pop-up, select the radio button next to the Collection you want to import.
3. Click the Import button.
4. Under the Collection Details blade, enter a Collection Name.
5. Enter a brief Description for the collection.
6. From the drop-downs, select the grade level, product(s), and subject(s).
If you have more than one class for the same grade level, you can click the Show Classes button and select the classes you want the Collection associated with.
7. Under the Lesson Lists blade, add or remove lessons from the imported collection.
To add additional lessons, click the Add Lessons button. Then, click on the lesson you want to add, and drag it into the Lesson Lists section.
Click the X next to the lesson(s) you want to remove from the collection.
8. Under the Delivery Schedule blade, select a Collection Start Date and End Date by clicking on the calendar icon.

10. Enter how many days you want to have the lessons active/accessible.
