Proctorio - Whoops, Interception Detected
Troubleshoot the Proctorio "Interception Detected" error during online exams.

This error means that the network is being intercepted, therefore Proctorio cannot guarantee the security of your private information.
In order to resolve this, we suggest using a stable and secure internet connection, preferably a private connection.
Also, you can try adding a new Google Account to your browser:
In the top right corner of your screen, right next to the three-dot icon, there is a user account image icon. Please click on it and click on Add. Select the second option "continue without an account", then type in your name, choose the image and click on the Add Person button.
A new Chrome window will pop up. Go then to getproctorio.com and have the extension downloaded. After downloading try accessing your exam.
You can also try to access their exam through the Microsoft Edge browser. If you don't have it installed on your computer, please click on this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge and the extension for Edge can be added by clicking on the following link https://getproctorio.com/edge
