Proctorio does not generate a student's name on the exam agreement page. Rather it recognizes the test taker by the GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) number each student is assigned which is also the MHE case number.
Since Proctorio cannot access any personal information, the name that shows on the agreement page is simply the one that is associated with the user's MHE account.
